Native Chocolaterie is run from a little kitchen in Warwickshire, UK. All the chocolate is made by me, James.
What started off as a hobby, making chocolate for friends and family, has lead me to this.
I love chocolate and over time I have learnt how to create a smooth and rich chocolate and how to blend in the intense, yet balanced flavours.
I want the create and share the pure chocolate experience I have enjoyed for so long.
I have set some ground rules in my kitchen:
- All the ingredients must be natural.
- They should be organic.
- All the flavours are to be created in my kitchen.
- The ingredients will be purchased locally where possible.
